Selection of 3 sources of magnesium very well tolerated digestively and highly bioavailable. Formula without magnesium oxide (marine magnesium) composed mainly of bisglycinate, combined with two other patented forms of magnesium. Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, to reducing fatigue and to normal muscle function. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal psychological function and to reducing fatigue.
